SUBMITTING FILE FOR PRINT
We are a PC based shop. Files submitted must be read on a PC. Files may be e-mailed to us at service@cqamerica.net with "Print Files" in the subject line. To ensure that what you want is what you get, please submit fonts used as TrueType Fonts when asked to do so. Colors must be in CMYK format, NOT RGB. If PMS colors are required please include PMS numbers. In certain cases there may be an additional charge for PMS colors - you will be notified in advance of such instances." Understand that the proof predicts the design layout and text, but not the color due to some shifting that may occur during printing.
Bleeds: must extend an 1/8" on all bleed sides. Images must be minimally 300 DPI to reproduce well in print.
Files can be submitted in following formats: PDF, EPS, CDR, AI JPG, TIF Please send a JPG composite of what you want your project to look like. If your files are very large you may compress them in ZIP, or you may want to send a CD with the files. If any questions arise on our end, we will get in touch with you via e-mail, or by phone. Conversely, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us. We're on the same team with our clients.
Before any work can begin, CQ America must have a signed order with appropriate funds and a signed approval on the project in our office.
PAYMENTS / TERMS
Our terms are pretty straight forward and they are dictated by market forces and internal policy. All orders require minimally a 50% deposit (half) in certain cases we may ask for a larger deposit. The minimal deposit is required from clients with whom we have an established business relationship. Out of area clients, new clients and interstate clients must PREPAY the order upon layout approval (our layout), or upon our acceptance of a layout from the client until a business relationship is established.

If a client has a deposit with us, the balance is due upon delivery with no exceptions unless negotiated in advance with corporate clientele.

 

Because we deal with companies rather than individuals the methods of payment are as follows:

Personal / Company check

PayPal: through PayPal we can accept all major credit cards and electronic checks. A PayPal account is free to set up and costs the buyer nothing and it is secure. This has worked for our clients in a great way in the past.

Any other terms must negotiated in advance and a credit check may be required after a client fills out our credit application.

     
All advertising specialties and imprinted products must be prepaid in every event. This is due to vendor requirements.   Shipping: In most cases, shipping is included in the quote that we give you. If it is not, you will be notified in advance.
TURN AROUND TIMES
CQ America, Inc understands the importance of a speedy turnaround and our team of devoted members works hard to get your product to you in a timely fashion. Turnaround refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround begins once CQ America, Inc receives either your proof approval or acceptable artwork. We do not guarantee our turnaround dates. as they are estimated dates. If your files do not meet our file specifications, your order status will be put "On Hold" and your estimated turnaround will be lengthened. CQ America, Inc assumes no responsibility for delays caused by carriers or consequential damages arising out of an untimely delivery. Unforseen events, including but not limited to, natural disasters and equipment malfunction may cause your order to not be ready by our estimated date.

In many instances, we act as print brokers. This is so that our clients get the best pricing available. In this effort, we are constantly seeking better pricing for our clients.
